This project comprised of two very diverse buildings. The initial phase being the refurbishment of an existing building originally owned by Boots Co. Plc., utilised as their printing works and known as Trent House. Ailsen's main challenge revolved around the co-ordination and integration of new building services into an existing complicated structure to meet a Clients rapidly expanding business.
In addition to Trent House a new building known as Loxley House was commissioned by Capital One. We faced new challenges associated with this new build facility in contrast to Phase 1. This innovative design required a very early involvement by Ailsen to ensure sufficient provisions could be made for the design and installation of the building services installation.
